Hey there, I'm Nicole! I'm a certified personal trainer and health coach with a passion for helping women optimise their health, fitness, and performance. Whether the goal is increasing overall strength and fitness, improving body composition, or enhancing athletic performance—I can help you achieve and maintain the results you desire. My approach goes beyond quick fixes; I focus on empowering my clients with the best tools, knowledge, and mindset shifts they need to create lasting change. Through personalised coaching, I help women achieve their fitness goals, and improve their overall wellbeing so they can perform at their best and feel amazing in their bodies. This isn’t just my job—it’s my purpose, and I’m here to help you step into the healthiest, most powerful version of yourself.

MY STORY
As a personal trainer and health coach, people often assume I've always been fit and healthy. But my journey has been far from perfect, and I understand the struggles of weight gain, poor body image, and an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise.
Growing up, I was always active and heavily involved in competitive sport. In my early teens I started training in martial arts, and this eventually led to me competing in Taekwondo at an elite level, and even representing Australia on the international circuit. While Taekwondo had so many positive influences on my life and helped shape me into the person I am today, it unfortunately provided an environment in which I developed some very unhealthy relationships around food and exercise. Having to constantly ‘make weight’ for competitions left me dieting, fasting, over exercising, and dehydrating myself for days and sometimes weeks before fights. Years of under-eating combined with intense training wrecked my health—physically and mentally. At my peak, I hit burnout and suffered a complete breakdown, forcing me to walk away from a sport I had dedicated nearly a decade to.
Quitting elite sport didn’t solve my struggles. My metabolism was shot, I gained weight rapidly, and my hormones were a mess. Desperate for a solution, I turned to various diets—Metabolic Typing, Blood Typing, Paleo—you name it. Nothing worked. In fact, many made me feel even worse.
For years I received the wrong advice from the wrong people, and it just made me more and more frustrated. It wasn’t until I discovered a whole-foods, plant-based diet, that my body finally began to heal itself from years of unintentional abuse. I effortlessly lost 18kg (40lbs), balanced my hormones, and regained my energy. As an athlete I also noticed significant improvements in my athletic performance and my ability to recover after hard training sessions. Best of all, I built a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and exercise.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped by unhealthy habits, to try everything and see no results, to feel like your body is working against you.
And that’s why I do what I do.

MY PHILOSOPHY
I began my career as a personal trainer in 2009 after graduating with a degree in Human Movement (Exercise Science) from the University of South Australia, in addition to a Certificate IV in Fitness from the Australian Institute of Fitness. Over the years, I gained valuable experience working with a variety of clients in commercial gyms and private studios.
In 2014, I expanded my expertise by becoming a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods under some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My eventual passion for veganism then led me to further my education in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Centre for Nutrition Studies.
With a strong foundation in exercise science, nutrition, and holistic health, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. We’ll work to reach your goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, increasing sleep, and maximising energy. You’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfilment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity, and a spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
